【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62055specifiesaphysicallayerprotocoloftheSTSfortransferringunitsofcreditandothermanagementinformationbetweenaclient(typicallyaHHU)andaserver(anSTS-compliantelectricitypaymentmeter),typicallyoveradirectlocalconnection.ItiscomplementarytotheapplicationlayerprotocolspecifiedinIEC62055-41andshouldbeusedinconjunctionwiththatstandard.Thisstandardisnotapplicabletopaymentmeteringsystemsemployingmonetary-basedtokens,complextariffsandcurrency-modeaccountingfunctions.ItisonlyintendedtosupporttheSTSfunctionalityasdefinedinIEC62055-41anditdoesnotsupporttheadditionalfunctionalityrequiredforextendedusethatincludesmonetary-basedtokensandcomplexmeterfunctionssuchastariffs,realtimeclocksandcurrency-modeaccounting.Ifsuchextendedusewererequiredinthefuture,thenitwouldneednewworkonthispartofIEC62055aswellasonIEC62055-41.Itisintendedforuseacrossarangeofpaymentmetersdevelopedbydifferentmanufacturersandtoensurecompatibilitybetweentheseproductsandotherclientdevices.Itspecifiesaclient/servercommunicationsprotocolthat:~transfersSTS-complianttokensfromaclientdevicetoapaymentmeterserver;~readstheresultfromthepaymentmeteraftertransferandexecutionofthetoken;~transfersmanagementdatafromtheclientdevicetothepaymentmeterserver;~readsmanagementdatafromthepaymentmeterserverandtransferssametotheclientdevice.NOTEAlthoughdevelopedforpaymentsystemsforelectricity,thisstandardcanalsobeappliedtootherutilityservices,suchaswaterandgas.
