【摘要】:Thesetestmethodscoverthesamplingandtestingofcellulosicpulpsforuseinthemanufactureofelectricalinsulatingpapersandboardsorinthedirectapplicationofpulpfibersasinsulationtoelectricalconductors.Note1Thesignificanceofanyonepulppropertytestmethod,assetforthherein,shouldbeconsideredwithdiscretiondependingontheproductmadefromthepulp.SectionsonReagents,Sampling,andReportareintegralpartsofeachoftheindividualtestmethodsthatfollow.Eachtestmethodisdescribedasbeingameasureofeitherabulkpropertyofthepulporapropertyofahandsheetformedfromthepulp.Bulkcharacteristicsdeterminablebytheseproceduresappearinthefollowingsections:Note2MethodsforAsh,Silica,selectedcationsfromAsh,HeatStability,,,andCellulose,Viscosity,TotalChlorine,Tear,andDissipationFactorandRelativePermittivity,willbeconsideredforadditionasmethodsaredeveloped.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Thistestmethodincludesproceduresfordeterminationoftensilestrength,elongation,andtensileenergyabsorption(TEA)onpulphandsheets.Anyorallofthethreepropertiesmaybedetermined,asmaybedesired.
