【摘要】:1.1ApplicationThisstandardspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsforSuspendedAccessEquipment(SAE).Itisapplicabletobothpermanentandtemporaryequipmentwhichmaybepoweredorhandoperatedandwhicharedefinedinclause3.1.2HazardsThisEuropeanStandarddealswithsignificanthazardspertinenttoSAE,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(Seeclause4).ThisEuropeanstandardspecifiesappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards.1.3ExclusionsThefollowingarenotcovered:a)operationinsevereconditions(e.g.extremeenvironmentalconditions,corrosiveenvironment,strongmagneticfields,etc.);b)operationsubjecttospecialrules(e.g.potentiallyexplosiveatmospheres,workonlivelines);c)transportationofpassengersfromoneleveltoanother;d)handlingofloads,thenatureofwhichcouldleadtodangeroussituations(e.g.moltenmetal,acids/bases,radioactivematerials,brittleloads);e)hazardsoccuringwhenhandlingsuspendedloadsinconjunctionwiththesuspendedplatform;f)hazardsoccuringwhenusedonpublicroads,overwater,orwhereveritisnotpossibletolowertheplatformtoasafeposition;g)hazardsarisingfromwindpressureactingonloadshavingasurfaceareainexcessof2m2;h)SAEusingcablelesscontrolsystems.ThefollowingapplicationsforSAEareexcludedfromthisstandard:?Accesstoworkingareaswithaninclineinexcessof45°comparedtothevertical;?Workingplatformssuspendedbycranes;?Siloaccessequipment;?Accessequipmentusingfibreropesorchainsforthesuspensionoftheplatform;?SAEintendedtobeusedunderground;?SAEpoweredbycombustionengines;?SAEintendedtobeusedinshafts.
