【摘要】:Thecombinationofstressandmoisturedecreasesthedurabilityofmostadhesivejoints.Stressesinthepresenceofwaterorwatervapormaycausesomeadhesivejointstofailatsomesmallfractionofthestressrequiredtobreakthedryjoint.Thetimetofailureforagivenadhesivejointgenerallydecreaseswithincreasingstress,temperature,andrelativehumidity.Thistestmethodmaybeusedasanacceleratedscreeningtestforassessingthedurabilityofadhesivejoints.Itmaybeusedtomeasuredurabilityofadhesivejointsexposedoutdoorsortoenvironmentalconditionsexperiencedbyadhesivejointsinservice.Itmayalsobeusedtodeterminetheeffectsofvarioussurfacepreparationsorsubstratesondurabilitiesofadhesivejoints.Thedurabilityperformanceofvariousadhesivesmaybecomparedbyusingthistestmethodunderuniformsetsofconditions.Toassesstheoveralldurabilityofagivenadhesive,T-peeljointsshouldbetestedunderarangeofstress,relativehumidity,andtemperature.Foraspecificenduseitmaybepossibletoobtaintheneededdurabilitydatausingonlyonesetoftestconditions.1.1ThistestmethodprovidesdataforassessingthedurabilitiesofadhesivejointsbymeansofT-peeltypespecimensstressedincontactwithair,airinequilibriumwithcertainsolutions,water,aqueoussolutions,orotherenvironmentsatvarioustemperatures.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
