【摘要】:Undernormalusage,deglazingloadsaregenerallyappliedparalleltotheplaneoftheglazingmaterialandeccentrictothesashelementwhenitisopened,closed,orliftedoutoftheframe.Whenoperatinghardwareispresent,torsionalforcesmaybeincreased.Openingandclosingforcesarenormallyappliedfromtheinteriorsideonly.Slidingglassdoorpanelsareactivatedfrombothsides.Theabilityoffenestrationproductstoresistdeglazingforcesmayvarywithanumberoffactors.Thesefactorsshouldbeconsideredwhenselectingtestspecimensorwheninterpretingtestresults.Beddingcompoundsinnewlyassembledsashesmaynotreachfullstrengthuntiltheyhavebeenallowedtocureforseveraldaysorweeks.Somesashmaterialsaresubjecttoshrinkageatlowtemperaturesandincreasedelasticityathightemperatures.Therefore,asashcontainingthesematerialsmayexhibitarangeofdeglazingresistanceduetovaryingtemperatureconditions.Normalmanufacturingtolerancesandclearancesinsashmembersandglazingmaterialsmayalsoaffectdeglazingresistance.Further,althoughfenestrationproductsaredesignedtooperatewithincertainforcelimits,improperinstallation,wear,andabusemayincreasetheforcesnecessaryforsashoperation.Whendeterminingwhichmembersofagivensashshallbetestedfordeglazingresistance,considerationmustbegiventothemannerinwhichthesashmaybeoperatedwhennormallyinstalled.Handlesandliftdevicesareusuallylocatedonthesashfortheconvenienceoftheoperatorandthereforedictatethenormaldirectionofoperation.TestMethodApresentsatechniqueforactualmeasurementofthedeglazingforcesofanindividualsashmember.TestMethodBpresentsatechniqueformeasuringthedeglazingforceoftwooppositemembers.Thistestmethodisintendedforqualitycontrolmeasurements.1.1Thesetestmethodsmeasuretheresistanceofelementsoffenestrationproductssuchasoperating(orremovable)windowsashes,stormsashes,andslidingglassdoorpanels(hereafterreferredtoassashmembers)toforcestendingtodeglazetheconstruction.1.2Thesetestmethodsutilizeconcentratedloadsappliedtotheinteriorsideofasashmemberinamannersimulatingnormalopeningandclosingforces.Removablesashesareloadedtosimulatehandlingforremovalandcleaning.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Themetric(SI)equivalentsofinch-poundunitsmaybeapproximate.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

MIL-PRF-63460D (INTERIM AMENDMENT 7), PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATION: LUBRICANT, CLEANER AND PRESERVATIVE FOR WEAPONS AND WEAPONS SYSTEMS (26 OCT 2005) [SUPERSEDING MIL-L-63460C]., This specification is approved for interim use by the US Army Armaments Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC). Other activities of the Department of Defense may use this interim amendment or may continue using MIL-PRF-63460D(6). This specification describes the performance requirements and verification methods for Lubricant, Cleaner and Preservative for Weapons and Weapons Systems (CLP). These products are for use in cleaning, lubricating and short term (see 6.11) preservation of weapons, both small and large caliber, operating within the temperature range of -54? to +65.5?C, (See 6.1). The lubricant is identified by Military Symbol CLP and NATO Code Number S-758.
