【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforthedesign,manufactureandtestingofclosedexpansionvesselswithbuiltindiaphragm,whichwillhereinafterbecalled"vessels",anda)whosediaphragmservestoseparatewaterontheonehandandair/nitrogenontheotherhandinheating/coolingsystemsorfreshwatersystems;b)whicharemanufacturedsinglyorinseries;c)whichmayconsistpartlyorentirelyof(cold)deep-drawnparts;d)whosepartsmaybejoinedbywelding,clenchingorflanges;e)whosesizeisnotlimited;f)whosemaximumallowablepressureisgreaterthan0,5bar,yetnotexceeding30bar;g)whoseupperwallthicknessislimitedto12mmforausteniticsteelsand15mmforferriticsteels;h)whoseminimumoperatingtemperatureisnotbelow–10°Candwhosemaximumoperatingtemperatureisnotabove70°C.NOTEThemaximumoperatingtemperatureof70°Cisdeterminedbythecharacteristicsofthediaphragmmaterials.Itmaybehigher,ifsuitabilityofdiaphragmmaterialisproven.Whateverthetemperatureintheheatingsystem,forthevesseloperationthedecisivefactoristhemaximumoperatingtemperatureofthediaphragm.Itisthesystemdesigner'sresponsibilitytoprescribemeasurestoprotectthediaphragmfromunsuitabletemperatures(e.g.connectiontothecoldestpartofthesysteminaheatingsystem,tothewarmestinarefrigerationcircuit;thermostaticmonitoringofconnectiontovesselorintermediatevessel).Forcaseswhereoperatingtemperaturesabove70°Ccannotbeavoidedthesuitabilityofthediaphragmmaterialistobeproven(seeClause8).WhenreferenceismadeinthisEuropeanStandardtoEN13445-1,EN13445-2,EN13445-3,EN13445-4andEN13445-5respectively,allrelevantprovisionsintheconcernedclausesofthesestandardsneedtoapply.
